For optimal analog warmth and digital headroom, export your final mix as a 24-bit WAV file. Ensure all master bus limiters are bypassed and peak levels sit at -6dB. It is always best to bounce your final mix the same as the session. If you recorded at 24/48 that should be your bounce. In a pinch I will master an MP3 if that is all that is available.
